Worst realtor, she made the first time buying a house the worst time in my life .She told me and my family lies and then stopped doing her job. After a week, she made us go to the first couple of houses by ourselves, and the second time, she never showed up after that. Never answer any of my calls or texts, said she was busy, and she had her lender speak with us after that and never heard or spoken to her bc she never answered our calls they both lie to us stating we can't fire her bc we will lose our voucher mind you it's our first time buying a house so we believe these lies

I am happy that I switched to West Shores Realty for a number of reasons. Foremost, I got to keep most of my commission for when I did close on a transaction. Having Amir as my broker is awesome as he takes the time to answer my questions when I need it. He also does Broker Minutes to cover things to keep us informed. He stays in touch with what is happening with his agents. Vance is very informative when doing his classes so I learn a lot from them. He is also available to answer my questions so it is great to have this support system. The in-house lenders and escrow officers are great to work with so it makes doing real estate much easier for me.

He didn't respond to texts, emails, or voicemails and could only be reached by phone call about one out of every 10 tries. After the sale closed, John and his broker, Amir, didn't remove their giant for sale sign or open house flags from my property despite repeated requests and I finally had to saw it up and throw it out one piece at a time. I would strongly advise against working with anyone at this company for any part of your property-buying experience.
