This store should not be allowed to use the Key Food name as it does not offer the weekly sales circular as all the others have. Their prices are ridiculously high and with Trader Joe’s, Foodtown and the other Key Food on Atlantic Avenue nearby one would think they would realize the competition. The new Foodtown on Clinton Street is very close and offers weekly circular sales and is a much nicer and friendlier store. With inflation as it is now it’s a shame this store operates as if they couldn’t care less about offering customers the sales the other Key Food stores have. Very poor attitude for a neighbourhood store in this environment.

The staff is terrible in this store. They saw me come in with my service dog, commented on how cute he is and didn't complain about him until AFTER I paid at self check out. They asked for my paperwork to show he's a service dog, which by law they are not allowed to do. It's absolute discrimination. And it's extremely aggressive. It was multiple employees that came up to me one after another. One is enough for God's sake! I felt bullied and very overwhelmed. Never coming here again. This place does not belong in our neighborhood. Go to trader Joe's, gristedes or food town in the area! They are much more accommodating to people with disabilities!

One of the best regular supermarkets in the neighborhood with decent prices. That do have some organic stuff but not a whole lot. What really surprised me though was these compotes I found in the packaged (non refrigerated) juices section. They are Apri brand and made in Armenian and are absolutely delicious and wonderfully healthy! They had options if quince, peach, cherry, cornelian cherry, or cherry apricot. I'm really excited about them and plan on buying more! The one issue I had was that the barcode didn't work at checkout. Please add it to your system Keyfood!!!

They have everything here from fruits and veggies to deodorant and soap, eggs, juices, beer, ice cream, frozen foods, bread, ice, etc.

They now have a frozen organic baby food package in their freezer case (by the vegetables) to easily make your own organic baby food for those who are interested.

I'm really happy with their self checkout kiosks they put in not too long ago. They definitely get you checked out quicker and less wait time.

Watch their sales, they have some pretty good deals sometimes!

Beautiful store, lots of selection in a small space. Nice produce, cheese, and local bread. It’s also a very pristine store and we’ll stocked.

This Key Food has problems. For one thing, I'm constantly sorting moldy or spoiled produce to try and find fresh stuff. For another, they have terrible practices with handling allergens. This morning one of the clerks was using a checkout register as temporary storage for a bunch of loaves of bread that she was restocking. When I asked to use the checkout lane instead of having to use self-checkout, she removed the bread and started to scan my items while the register was still covered in flour and crumbs (which I have an allergy to). Then she got annoyed at me for asking it to be cleaned and said "It's just bread." She did eventually wipe the register down after I asked. But using a checkout register as a place to store a common allergen is insane, and getting annoyed with a customer for not wanting to get sick is not okay.

Great nitro coffee selection. (Bonus: pretty solid craft beer singles as well)

The store is fine, the problem is the cleaning product they use that penetrates into their bread items. You can taste it. I hope management reads this.
