Jake at the Southbank Vic King Living store was outstanding with his service - over a few visits he helped us fine tune our furniture and fabric choices. We are very happy with our purchases and look forward to seeing the sofas, coffee tables etc in the new house!! Fantastic customer service from Raffaella. She knew just what we wanted! Was fantastic with follow ups, extremely knowledgeable and patient with our requirements. We have highly recommended king living to all our family and friends. Also have to add that the delivery guys extremely polite. High service across the board. And the finished product was next to none! Thank you .

My couch had been delayed twice and I had to move. I notified King immediately( anfter the first delay)! and was told there would be no cost only to hear weeks later I would be charged. So I am incurring a cost based on their very delayed delivery because my circumstances have changed over this time. The customer service has been incredibly rude. The advertised sale price was a sham it’s been the same price for months even after the sale ended.
It is enormously stressful they are attentive at the showroom once they have your signature they are patronising and unhelpful.
And still no couch.
Don’t buy from them,
This was not the Southbank store but the broader business. Beware!

Misleading information provided about delivery times by King. Originally told that delivery would take 6 weeks. After purchase they then have pushed back the delivery multiple times. Delivery date has now been delayed to 13 weeks and still waiting. Seems like a few of these types of reviews on here. Under estimating delivery times. Happy to update this review when we actually receive our order…
