Worst experience in coles liquorland, rudely behaviour, I been around 8:30pm and there was gentleman with tattoo on hands being so rude just because I bought beer and give him $50 bill and he returned me change and I asked him to replace $10 bill which he gives to me in ripped off 2 pieces and then gentleman saying I can’t open till and being rude if u can’t do it then reply politely and why u can’t , Its just a small thing but This kind of service from coles haven’t expected.

There girl store manager has great public relations skills..iv noticed everyone keeps coming to the store because she radiates kindness and professionalism ( I'm not too sure but I think her name is Jasmin)

Sometimes it looks like the store is closed but it is not 🙂 it may be staff is taking a break so make sure to check the clock on the wall (it says when the store staff will be back )
It’s very easy to park and also free under cover parking as well. When I go to liquor land I always buy Japanese Kirin beer made in Tassie.
It’s is super clear and clean taste ?

This is Devorah Rosen, one of the most famous Visual Artists in the world with several hundred million international audience.
I just bought about 2 hours ago a 750 ml Baileys liqueur from this store only to discover upon tasting it when l returned home that it is totally off and taste disgusting.
I spoke to Mathew, the owner of the store on the phone just now and he refused to give me a refund unless l bring it back and he assesses the contents.
Avoid this store at all costs.
Shocking treatment, bordering on sadistic.

The woman in register was very rude. She swearing and throw the stuff on the table just because my partner paid half cash and the rest on the card. You don’t have any excuse to be rude if u work in service. I just finish work to. Now thats why most of the business using the self service, because human don’t have good attitude. I think her name Melissa or whatever. My partner still try to be nice and said merry Xmas to her. And she still rude and not even say Thankyou. I never give anyone bad review, but she was really bad.
