It's one of the smaller branches for sure, pretty small and compact. I was looking for something that Bunnings was sold out of and was not restocking. I checked online and though it listed a similar item as in stock by a few, when I turned up it was sold out, staff said someone just beat me to it and bought all remaining and I believe them because of their friendliness and candour. Plus they said they would get some more the week after, and sure enough my click and collect was ready day after they said the stock would arrive. So pretty good experience overall because you can trust the available stock numbers online and knowledgeable staff. Clean and organized. There's a couple of 15 min free parking spots right outside, or 1h paid parking, some 1h free parking around the area too walking distance.

The store must’ve changed hands from sweet old lady to rude, overbearing know-it-all - price gouging evident - eucalyptus spray double the cost of anywhere else - used to go regularly as it was handy but not any more - disappointing…

Friendly staff and also dog-friendly, meaning I could pick up an item I chose click-and-collect for and take my dog for a nice walk at the same time. The nice lady manning the counter even gave my dog a biscuit, so wholesome 🙂

Wasn't sure if they were open on a public holiday. I called but the phone didn't ring, I just got silence (no dial tone). Google said they were open so I decided to chance it. They were closed. Basic customer experience lacking

I just moved to this area and found this local hardware store. Very pleased to find all the tools I need for my home decoration and cleaning products. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products, and the prices are very good, I even ended up buying a couple of extra tools within budgets. Very happy with the shopping experience, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Why would you even consider supporting a big opposition Tycoon/company when there is such a great local store. Their knowledge is second to none, their range is far greater and the customer service is incomparable. (MGP10 was cheaper too!) After my experience today, I hope they continue for many years to come. Thanks

Love the painting selection in this shops, lots of color options and great texture, very happy with the turnout of my newly painted kitchen area! The staff were very helpful, gave me very useful tips and recommended some very practical tools for my painting job!

I go here to get my keys cut and have a wander, I like the fact that they do rush orders, so you can get your keys cut in like 10 minutes as you browse.
